All I can say is, as look at the Gallatin County Tax Rolls after November 30, 2009 I find some of the taxpayer of the several different Trailer Courts, have Delinquent rates are 25%, in one Case over 90 Percent.
I have keep the {Trustee for Sale Chronicle Legal listings} October 2008 to May 2009 there were 500 Trustee for Sale Auctions That’s 7 Months collections, From May 2009 till April 1 2010 is 10 Months Collection of {Trustee for Sale Chronicle Legal listings} These I have not Counted “but could” March 23, 2010 there were 19 Trustee for Sale Auctions, March 30, 2010 there were 21,Trustee for Sale Auctions .
This October 2008 to April 2010 could add up to be over 12 or 1500 or more Trustee for Sale Auctions ? These Trustee for Sale Auctions, who pays the Taxes? I was told this week by one of the older Real Estate Brokers here in Gallatin County these Trustee for Sale Auctions had to bring 75 percent of the appraised value or there weren’t Sold? It is my under standing many of theses properties to day most would not even bring 50 Percent of there appraised value.

PS If you want more info call me. I took Brian Swietzer and Department of Revenue Dan Bucks to task and neither knew what the Hell had Happened to them or “Why” the Mt. State had Bank Rupted its self? Now Gov.Brian Swietzer is trying to start a Mt. Money Slush Fund to rob the new $85 Million Dollar Otter Creek land Sale Money that should go into the Coal Tax Trust Fund and the Mt. School Foundation Account?
HERE IS A POLITICAL
STATEMENT I CAN AGREE WITH.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of the voting fools, such as those who made him their president.”
